TERMS OF SERVICE
The Soccer Caravan

Welcome to The Soccer Caravan. We create original apparel for soccer parents, sideline regulars, and families whose weekends revolve around the game. These Terms explain how shopping with us works, from choosing your shirt to receiving your order.

In these Terms, "The Soccer Caravan," "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Soccer Caravan. Our website, online store, and related features are referred to as the "Services."

By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which explain the relevant parts of your shopping experience. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. USING OUR STORE

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws that apply to you. A parent or legal guardian must handle purchases for anyone who is not legally able to do so.

Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. We use those details to process your order, send updates, and reach you if there is a problem.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred to someone else.

2. OUR APPAREL AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Our apparel is produced on demand after an order is placed. Please review the product description, size chart, color selection, and care information before checking out. Fit can vary between garment styles, so check the measurements for the specific item you are buying.

Product photographs and digital mockups help show the design, garment, and available colors. Screen settings, fabric characteristics, and the printing process can cause small differences in color, print placement, or appearance. These normal variations do not excuse a faulty item or a product that materially differs from its description.

We may update our range, descriptions, or availability for future purchases. Changes to a listing do not, by themselves, change the product specifications agreed for an order we have already accepted.

If something about a product is unclear, email us before ordering. We would rather help you choose than leave you guessing about the fit or finish.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the items selected at checkout. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance after successfully processing your payment.

We may decline or cancel an order if, for example, payment cannot be processed, an item is unavailable, there is a material pricing error, delivery is not supported to the address supplied, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. We will contact you using the details provided if an order needs to be changed or cancelled.

We will not substitute a different product, size, or color without your agreement. If we cancel an item you have paid for, we will refund the amount due for that item and any applicable associated charges.

Purchases through our store are intended for personal use or gifts. Commercial resale requires our prior written agreement.

4. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please double-check your design, garment size, color, quantity, shipping address, and email address before paying.

If you notice a mistake or need to request a cancellation, email support@thesoccercaravan.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Because production may begin soon after an order is accepted, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will still be possible.

Cancellation eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. The fact that an item is made to order does not remove any cancellation or refund rights that the law gives you.

5. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND PROMOTIONS

The currency, product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and total payable are displayed at checkout. Please review them before submitting payment. Any currency conversion or cross-border fees charged separately by your bank or payment provider are determined by that provider.

You must be authorized to use the payment method supplied. Available payment options are those shown at checkout; they may vary by location, device, or order.

We may change prices and promotions for future orders. A later price change does not change the price of an accepted order. If we discover a material pricing or checkout error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not increase an agreed charge without your consent.

Discounts, bundles, and promotional offers may have their own eligibility rules, expiry dates, and combination restrictions. Those offer-specific terms apply to the promotion, together with these Terms.

6. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Making your item and transporting it are separate stages. Please read our Shipping Policy and any order-specific information for production estimates, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and available destinations.

Ordering for a tournament weekend, birthday, or gift? Allow time for both production and delivery. Estimated arrival dates are not a guarantee of delivery for a particular event unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Delivery can be affected by carrier disruption, weather, customs where relevant, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amounts due, including applicable shipping charges.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. If you spot an address error, contact us immediately; changes may no longer be possible after production or dispatch.

If your parcel is late, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact support@thesoccercaravan.com with your order number and the relevant details so we can investigate with our fulfillment or delivery partners. Responsibility for delivery and risk of loss remain subject to applicable law.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

Our Refund Policy sets out return and refund eligibility, request deadlines, the information needed, and the available remedies. It also explains how to request help if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has a problem.

Start by emailing support@thesoccercaravan.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess a printing, damage, or incorrect-item concern.

These Terms do not create a separate return window or override the specific rules in our Refund Policy. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law continue to apply, including rights relating to faulty goods or goods that do not match their description.

8. OUR DESIGNS AND OTHER CONTENT

Our original artwork, product photographs, logos, website copy, and other protected store content belong to The Soccer Caravan or are used with permission from their owners.

Buying a product gives you ownership of the physical item. It does not give you permission to reproduce the artwork, extract a print file, upload the design to another print-on-demand service, or sell copies of our protected content.

You may use our website for ordinary personal shopping and share links to our product pages. Reproduction or commercial use of protected store content requires the relevant rights holder's permission, except where applicable law permits the use.

Shopify and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

9. SHOPIFY AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS

The Soccer Caravan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with The Soccer Caravan. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and The Soccer Caravan, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with The Soccer Caravan.

We may also use payment, production, shipping, and other service providers to operate our store and fulfill orders. Please contact us about your order so we can coordinate support where needed.

Our website may include third-party tools or links to external websites. Those providers control their own services, content, and terms. Review their policies before using them. A link does not, by itself, mean that we endorse everything on the linked website. Any limitation of responsibility in this section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove our own obligations to you.

10. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you browse our store, place an order, or contact us.

Because our store runs on Shopify and uses service providers, information may be processed by Shopify and other partners, including in countries outside your country of residence. Please read the Privacy Policy for details about those arrangements and your privacy rights.

11. REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND FEEDBACK

We welcome honest feedback about our products and your shopping experience, including criticism. Please share content that is accurate, reflects your own experience, and does not infringe someone else's rights.

You retain ownership of reviews, photographs, and other content you submit for public display through our store. By submitting that content, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and format it for our store and related product promotion, subject to applicable law and any additional permissions required. We may use service providers to help with those activities. We will not knowingly change a review to misrepresent what you said.

Private customer-service messages are handled under our Privacy Policy. Sending us a support email does not, by itself, give us permission to publish it as a testimonial.

Please do not submit confidential information, another person's private details without permission, unlawful content, or material you do not have the right to share. Disclose any incentive or compensation connected with a review.

We may remove spam, fraudulent submissions, unlawful material, and content that violates these Terms. We do not promise to publish every submission, respond to every suggestion, or pay for unsolicited ideas.

12. RESPONSIBLE USE OF THE WEBSITE

Please use the store lawfully and respect other customers, our team, and the people whose rights are connected with the Services.

You must not:
- Use stolen payment details, impersonate another person, or submit fraudulent orders.
- Harass or threaten our team or other people.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the store's security or operation.
- Collect other customers' personal information without authorization.
- Copy or commercially exploit protected store content without permission.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to bypass access restrictions, disrupt the Services, or make unauthorized copies of our catalog.

An automated agent permitted to access the Services must identify itself, comply with applicable access restrictions, and stop accessing the Services if we request it.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms. Suspending access does not remove our obligations relating to existing paid orders, refunds, or mandatory consumer rights.

13. ERRORS AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We try to keep product details, prices, and other store information accurate. If we discover an error, we will correct it and contact affected customers where appropriate. Material changes to an accepted order require your agreement or will be handled through cancellation and any refund due.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, website features and general informational content are provided "as is" and "as available," without additional implied warranties. This does not override product descriptions, express commitments we make, our published policies, or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. LIMITS ON LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, such as lost business profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These provisions do not remove any right to a remedy for a faulty, undelivered, or misdescribed product where our policies or applicable law provide that remedy. If your jurisdiction does not allow a particular exclusion or limitation, it applies only to the extent legally permitted.

15. THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS ARISING FROM MISUSE

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs arising from a third-party claim against us that is directly attributable to your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence, or misconduct. We will notify you of a relevant claim and give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense. We will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.

16. RESOLVING CONCERNS AND APPLICABLE LAW

If there is a problem with your order or these Terms, please contact support@thesoccercaravan.com so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not waive your legal rights or extend any legal deadline.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, or prevents you from bringing a claim before a court or authority available to you under those laws.

17. HOW THESE TERMS WORK

Read these Terms together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. The specific policy governs the topic it covers, subject to mandatory law. These documents and any order-specific terms expressly agreed with you form the agreement for the relevant Services or purchase.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not, by itself, waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms without our written agreement, except where the law permits. We may transfer the operation of the store or our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganization or sale, provided your existing consumer rights are not reduced and any notice or consent required by law is provided or obtained.

Provisions that reasonably need to continue after you stop using the store, such as intellectual property rights and responsibility for earlier conduct, continue to apply.

18. UPDATES AND CONTACT DETAILS

We may update these Terms as our store, practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will appear on this page with its last-updated date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.

Updates generally apply to future use of the Services and future orders. The version in effect when your order was placed continues to govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree a change with you.
