At The Soccer Caravan, we want you to love your gear as much as you love complaining about ref calls. If something's off, we'll make it right — and no, you don't have to ship anything back to us. Keep it, repurpose it as a car wash rag, whatever. We're not about to make you drive to the post office during tournament season.
We offer refunds for:
- Items that arrived wrong (wrong size, wrong design, wrong everything)
- Damaged or defective products
No need to return the item — once we've confirmed the issue, it's yours to keep. Consider it a consolation prize for the hassle.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at support@thesoccercaravan.com with your order number and a quick rundown of what went wrong. Photos help speed things up (and honestly, we kind of want to see it).
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice, because — much like your travel team's schedule — things change. For the current version, reach out to support@thesoccercaravan.com.
For best long-term results, check the washing and care instructions that came with your order. We can't refund a shirt that lost a fight with the dryer.
