30-Day Refund & Size Replacement Policy

At The Soccer Caravan, your shirt should be the easy part of tournament weekend. If you don’t love it or the fit’s off, we’ll help—without adding a post office run to your schedule.

The 30-day window

Refunds and size replacements must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase date. We cannot offer either after that window under this policy.

A replacement does not restart or extend the 30-day window. Any further refund or size-replacement request must still fall within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Don’t love it? We’ll refund you.

If you don’t like your clothing for any reason, we’ll refund you. Simple as that.

No return needed. Please donate it or share it with a friend. Someone else’s sideline wardrobe could use an upgrade.

T-shirt doesn’t fit? We’ll send a new size.

Too snug for the victory dance? Room for the whole carpool?

Tell us the size you need, and we’ll send you a replacement T-shirt in that size. You don’t need to send the original back. Donate it or pass it along to someone it fits.

Something arrived wrong?

Wrong item, wrong size, damaged fabric, or a printing defect? Those are covered by our refund policy, too. Email us so we can make it right. No return needed.

How to get help

Email support@thesoccercaravan.com within 30 days of your original purchase date and include:

  • Your order number.

  • Whether you’d like a refund or a size replacement.

  • The T-shirt and new size you need, if requesting a size replacement.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, photos help us understand the issue and sort things out. You don’t need photos simply because you don’t like the clothing or need a different size.

A little care goes a long way

Follow the washing and care instructions that came with your order to keep your gear ready for the next kickoff.

Policy updates and your rights

If we update this policy, the version in effect when you made your purchase will continue to apply to that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
